We have all been a minority at one time or another. Whether we were the only thin person in the room, or the only senior person in the room, or the only European person in the room.

We have all experienced those universal responses when we find ourselves in the difficult but challenging opportunity of being the only minority in the workplace, group or organization.

Educators can pass this sensitivity training on to other educators who will then pass this image awareness and conflict resolution information on to the students they mentor.

Management and organizational leaders will learn to identify early on problems and issues that almost always arise as a result of the causal effect of these universal responses.

Law suits and corporate or organizational hours and budgets can be reduced by the knowledge learned in this sensitivity training.

Individuals will learn techniques on how to avoid the pitfalls that can result in loss of the job or loss of team player skills in the workplace, group, organization.
